Prison Ministry
All around the Diocese of Belleville, caring clergy, religious and lay people serve in this very special ministry. Some of the services provided include the following.
- Retreats for inmates
- Support for inmate families
- Visitation and donation of needed items
- Establishing halfway houses
- Advocacy for social justice and elimination of the death penalty
